Autotrasporti Dolci F.lli snc has the following commitments and primary objectives of its activity:

  • Understand the internal and external context in which it operates through a structured analysis of risks and opportunities;

  • Identify risk areas for each business activity and process and their management with a view to continuous improvement of the Management System in order to achieve the Objectives;

  • Guarantee the provision of transport services for cereal flours for human consumption in compliance with current legal requirements;

  • Satisfy the requirements, needs and expectations of the Customer with effective transport services to obtain his loyalty;

  • Require attention to customers, effective collaboration and timely exchange of information from all employees;

  • Guarantee maximum reliability and suitability for use of the structures and vehicles used;

  • Ensure a healthy and safe workplace, wisely manage natural resources, and seek performance improvement;

  • Define, at relevant levels, optimal working conditions, ensure a suitable career thanks to planned and continuous training and awareness;

  • Adopt the best technologies available on the market and research methods for reducing waste and environmental impacts;

  • Guarantee the provision of the resources necessary for the functioning of the Management Systems;

  • Guarantee the competence and awareness of the Function Managers and Drivers with adequate training and training to ensure the updating of the provisions regarding road transport of loose and packaged cereal flours intended for human consumption;

  • Operate as a priority to avoid causing damage to people, things and the environment;

  • Operate, in compliance with current legislation, to monitor, promote and support abstention from alcohol and drug use;

  • Operate continuously with customers and suppliers, in order to establish stable relationships, also promoting the use of vehicles with lower environmental impacts;

  • Analyze every non-conformity or complaint in order to intervene promptly with corrective actions and/or preventive actions adequate to absolutely avoid its recurrence and/or occurrence;

  • Monitor and measure your performance, review it and make decisions to improve the effectiveness of the Organization over time, transport safety and the quality level of the services provided to Customers.

 

This document, distributed internally and externally to the company, represents the values that are the basis of management decisions, and is aimed at involving all staff, so that continuous improvement of processes is also achieved through the conscious daily operation of each person .

To this end, the Management invites staff to actively collaborate in the application of methods for improving quality, reducing environmental impact, maintaining safety at work, and to continuously suggest their refinement.
