Analyze every non-conformity or complaint in order to intervene promptly with corrective actions and/or preventive actions adequate to absolutely avoid its recurrence and/or occurrence;

Monitor and measure your performance, review it and make decisions to improve the effectiveness of the Organization over time, transport safety and the quality level of the services provided to Customers.
